Gaggenau has launched Gaggenau Restaurant 1683, a four-night series of pop-up dining experiences that began in New York on September 26 and kicks off three years of invite-only pop-up dining events. The home appliance company, which was founded three centuries ago, brought together chef Daniel Humm and restaurateur Will Guidara of three-Michelin-star Eleven Madison Park to inaugurate the New York events.

The pop-up restaurant’s environment was designed by German architectHendrik Müller and draws its inspiration from the Black Forest, the site of Gaggenau’s evolution.
