On December 1, Elle Decor debuted its fourth-ever Modern Life Concept House, a condominium home spotlighting the work of five leading designers in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District. Editor in chief MichaelBoodro and the magazine’s editorial team chose the project designers: Daniele Busca, Matthew MacDonald, Elizabeth Martin, Sam Robin and Fernando Wong. The 6,000-square-foot space at 250 Wynwood, a newly opened loft space, is decorated with art by Miami-based Anthony Spinello of Spinello Projects.

Boodro presented the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center with a donation of $10,000, raised from project sponsors and public ticket sales for the Modern Life Concept House during Miami Art Week. In the evening, the magazine hosted the official opening of the Modern Life Concept House with cocktails and appetizers.

“One of the most exciting neighborhoods in the United States, Wynwood Arts District is an industrial area that street artists have transformed into a destination. And now it’s becoming residential,” Boodro said. “We are excited to be showcasing five major design talents at 250 Wynwood, the area’s first new apartment building, which celebrates street art as it presents a new vision for urban living.”
