A boutique hotel and restaurant featuring the brand’s fixtures and furnishings will accompany Restoration Hardware's new NYC flagship store in the Meatpacking District. The home furnishings brand has leased a 25,000-square-foot space that will house the brand's first hospitality venture, a 14-room hotel and a restaurant, reports Crain's. The newly leased space is located at 55 Gansevoort Street, in close proximity to the 70,000-square-foot location RH had leased last year for its flagship store, the former home of famed restaurant Pastis. The 55 Gansevoort space is owned by Delshah Capital.

The company signed a $250-million deal on the flagship spot, which is being redeveloped by William Gottlieb Real Estate and Aurora Capital Associates.
