“Californians enjoy being innovative while maintaining a relaxed and comfortable sensibility, so I incorporate contemporary art and custom design into my most successful projects,” Wiseman said. “Since we have the opportunity to spend much of the year outdoors, I also like to continue cutting-edge design details into the exterior spaces.”
Featured homes range from a Victorian update on San Francisco’s Russian Hill to an Art Deco apartment on Manhattan’s Upper West Side to a tropical sanctuary in Ka’upulehu, Hawaii.
