Since 1994, Sunbrella and Sunbury have worked together to offer superior weaving capabilities, durability, fade resistance and ease of cleaning to the casual and residential furniture markets. Showcased around the showroom were best-selling fabrics from the past 20 years, a teaser of the new Anniversary Collection, as well as designs that resulted from a recent design competition with the Textile Design program at Philadelphia University, where students were challenged to imagine the future of Sunbrella fabrics.

“I would consider the partnership we have with Sunbury more of a marriage,” said David Swers, President of Glen Raven Custom Fabrics. “It’s a relationship built on trust, and everyone is in it for the right reasons.”

“The importance of this anniversary is not solely about recognizing what we’ve accomplished together over these past 20 years. It’s just as much, if not more, about looking ahead and celebrating the next 20 years,” said Mark Grigalunas, Sunbury’s Senior Vice President of Design, who donned a diamond-encrusted pin in the shape of a question mark. “What’s Next? Well, some of that is a secret but the growth that we are capable of has no end in sight.”
