Holiday House Hamptons is gearing up for its second edition, set to take place this summer (June 29 – August 10) in partnership with HC&G (Hamptons Cottages & Gardens) at a new location—Watchcase in Sag Harbor.
A 130-year-old historic, former factory, Watchcase is currently undergoing a dramatic transformation by the Cape Advisors developers, who are turning it into the Hampton’s first resort-style luxury condominium project. Designer Steven Gambrel outfitted the building’s first model apartment.
